Unless canceled before the end of the trial or billing cycle, subscriptions automatically renew. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

ZenSonic provides access to digital wellness content via its website and App. Access is granted during the subscription period.

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute content.

All content, including audio experiences, design, and technology, is the property of ZenSonic and protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

ZenSonic provides wellness experiences and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any medical concerns.

ZenSonic is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.

ZenSonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. In cases of negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

ZenSonic may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
